Service Description
I am a Health and Wellness Coach who specialises in talk and solution focused therapy for depression/anxiety/stress, distance healing, spiritual and meditation/prayer. (if preferred). Through Oranga i will help you with - te taha hinengaro, psychological wellbeing - te taha wairua, spiritual wellbeing - te taha tinana, physical wellbeing - te taha whanau, family and social wellbeing. The sessions offered are one on one sessions for online consultations only, via , Messenger face-time, zoom, mobile phone SMS, email: flowerskaiwai6@gmail.com, whichever you prefer. At this stage, there are no face to face sessions. Initial consultation: Client's choice of either 90 minutes or 60 minutes.
